Services & scope
What exactly does Fyntralink do?
We work across three units — cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and software engineering — organised into 16 sections and 51 specialist services, each with its own page describing scope and deliverables.
Are you an independent auditor?
Yes. We provide independent external audit, including compliance audits against the CST Cybersecurity Regulatory Framework (CRF); a dedicated page explains the methodology and deliverables.
Which regulatory frameworks do you cover?
The frameworks Saudi organisations are actually held to: SAMA CSF, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls, the CST CRF, ISO, PCI and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Do you have products as well as services?
Yes — most notably Fynchat, our AI-powered business messaging platform for WhatsApp and other channels. The products page lists what is available.

Getting started
How do I start, and is the first consultation paid?
The first consultation is complimentary. Send a brief description of where you stand through the contact form and you will receive a reply within one business day with a clear next step.
Do you work with government and banking?
Yes. The industries page sets out the sectors we serve and the regulation that governs each, and the work page shows anonymised records from engagements in regulated sectors.
Do you work in both Arabic and English?
Yes. Our site, documentation and deliverables are available in both Arabic and English.
Where are you based?
Dammam, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

How do you handle the confidentiality of our information?
Confidentiality is a condition of every engagement. We do not publish client names or their evidence; what appears on the work page is an anonymised summary of scope and outcome only.
Do you comply with the Personal Data Protection Law?
Yes. Processing on this site is governed by our privacy policy, analytics tools do not run before your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the privacy page.
How do I verify a certificate you issued?
From the certificates page: enter the certificate code to see its record. Any certificate that does not appear there was not issued by us.
